The Challenge
Spheara approached me with a clear goal: they needed a website that fully reflected their brand. However, the company had no existing digital presence, and they wanted initial site designs delivered within a single week. They weren’t interested in hand sketches, so all solutions needed to be polished and high-fidelity from the start.
My Approach
Given the tight timeline and high expectations, I dove straight into Figma, creating full mockups for the website that captured the brand’s identity, flow, and user experience. Every decision—layout, typography, and color—was guided by Spheara’s brand language, ensuring the designs felt modern, cohesive, and intentional.
One of the early challenges with Plott’s website was the lack of established brand assets. The only direction I received was a green-and-white color scheme—and even the logo didn’t have an alternate version. To create cohesion, I leaned into the green as the primary brand color, using it consistently across the interface to build a stronger visual identity despite the limited foundations.
After collaborating with the brand managers and their development team—and incorporating their feedback—I was able to create a refined mockup and prepare for a photoshoot with their team. Those images were then used to bring authenticity and personality to the site.
To complement the UX design, I produced all photography for the website. This included lifestyle imagery to illustrate the company’s mission in action, and professional headshots for the C-level leadership team. These visuals added personality and credibility to the website while keeping everything visually aligned.
Once the mockups and photography were finalized, I worked with a separate development team to implement the website. My goal was to ensure that the designs were translated faithfully, maintaining the integrity of the brand experience across the final product.
FINAL RESULTS
The Result
Within a week, Spheara had a complete set of polished, high-fidelity designs and original photography ready for development. The collaboration resulted in their first fully branded website—one that clearly communicates their identity, mission, and professionalism. Even with limited assets, the website successfully combines UX design and visual storytelling to engage users and establish a strong digital presence.
